Practice Description:
Sara's mediation practice embraces a holistic, collaborative approach, utilizing attorney and non-attorney facilitative mediators and other experienced professionals. Recognizing most family law issues as transformative rather than conclusive, Sara assists couples and families prepare for the future on their own terms. From initial consultation through settlement agreement, parenting plan, and final stipulated judgement, participants can expect constructive guidance when necessary and the empowerment of self-determination throughout. Comprehensive services provided for all family law related issues, from marital settlement agreements and parenting plans to complete document preparation and filing for dissolution and custody.
