Practice Description:
Peaceful Family Solutions is an alternative dispute resolution firm. Our focus is to help families find new ways to communicate. By using our methods, we can then help families maintain positive relationships or transition to new family structures in a peaceful way.
Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation:
We offer several styles of conflict resolution methods to help families. Mediate to stay married services are designed to help couples bring greater understanding to their marriage and to revitalize their ongoing relationship.When couples have decided to end their domestic relationships, we offer tailored mediation services to help families transition to their new structure. We also offer parent coordination for families who would like to learn new ways to communicate once they have established a new family system.
Background:
Kristin is an attorney by background, having practiced in the state of Utah. She now focuses on non litigation strategies to help families reduce domestic conflict. Kristin has lived in several states and worked in both business and government settings. Kristen enjoys the variety that comes with different perspectives and attempts to blend the perspectives of the people she helps into resolutions that meet their needs.
Education / Training:
Kristen has a BA from Boise State University, a JD from the University of Utah and trained in mediation and parent coordination in the state of Georgia.
