Practice Description:
Dorothy (Dot) Fallon provides neutral services as a mediator, arbitrator and fact finder. As a mediator Dot focuses her practice on meeting the individual needs of clients in business, educational, not for profit or personal disputes and conflicts.
Approach to Practice / Form of Mediation:
Dot has been trained in a variety of approaches and spends time with clients in assessing the approach that will be most helpful to assist them in finding solutions to problems and or approaches that will allow the relationship to move forward. This means Dot will meet your needs by providing a facilitative,transformative or evaluative mediation approach.
Background:
Dot's experience in the corporate, educational and not-for-profit environments spans over 25 years. She has a proven leadership style dealing with broad ranging issues and varying groups of people to effectively negotiate contracts and solve complex problems. Dot is an active neutral on the rosters of the American Arbitration Assoc., Federal Mediation & Conciliation Services, the US Postal Service, US Nuclear Regulatory Commission among others, and handled cases in both the private and public sectors involving contracts, grivance matters and discrimination. Dot can also provide Fact Finding experience in Sexual Harassment and Discrimination cases.

Fee Information:
Mediation and Fact Finding Please contact for rate per hour which would be paid prior to commencing session. Actual expenses for travel and lodging, postage and handling etc. Will charge per diem for cancellations made with less than two weeks notice.
