Practice Description:
Our Restorative Justice Program offers victim-offender mediation to promote accountability resulting in restitution agreements between youth offenders and victims of their crimes.The majority of these cases are referred through Lane County Department of Youth Services.

Education / Training:
Mediations are conducted by professionally-trained volunteer mediators who have completed a basic training of at least 32 hours. CMS uses a co-mediation model and provides on-going program specific training.
