33th Annual Fall Conference of the Oregon Mediation Association:
MANAGING CONFLICT: BRIDGING THE GAP THROUGH MEDIATION AND BEYOND
Registration is now live, and the 2019 Conference is quickly approaching!
OMA's Fall Conference is OMA’s biggest event of the year and the biggest conflict resolution conference in Oregon. There will be two keynotes, Alison Allen-Hall and Traci Rossi, 20 workshops, 6 sessions and an awards ceremony full of inspiration. Plus, with the positive feedback from last year’s event, we are bringing back the live band, Jukebox Deluxe and balancing the volume to enjoy the tunes and still be able to network and connect with the people around you. It is sure to be a fun, informative weekend and a great opportunity to meet or catch up with colleagues from around the state.

Conflict is a natural part of life. If managed correctly, conflict can help us transform our lives and our relationships. Mediators are trained to help us understand the source of our conflicts and identify a path away from adversarial positions and towards positive growth and change. Mediators create a safe space for us to talk about difficult topics and identify creative solutions to the challenges we face. The Oregon Mediation Association works to build greater awareness of mediation and promote it as a useful tool to manage and transform conflict in Oregon.
