Sponsors

As an OMA Conference Sponsor, you have the satisfaction of supporting the Pacific Northwest's premier Dispute Resolution conference.  As a thank you, OMA provides a number of benefits depending on your level of sponsorship.

Levels, and their associated benefits, are:

• Keynote Sponsor ($3,000): Full-page ad in Conference materials; acknowledgment in the President's Welcome, Keynote Address introduction, and both luncheons; your name mentioned in the Conference brochure and on the OMA website; mention in the Conference packet; an opportunity to distribute a promotional item in the Conference packet; featured mention in the OMA Newsletter; three (3) complimentary Conference registrations; a complimentary vendor table in the exhibit hall; four (4) extra tickets to the Keynote address; three (3) Friday and Saturday Luncheon tickets.
• Platinum Sponsor ($2,000): Full-page ad in Conference materials; acknowledgment in the President's Welcome, Keynote Address introduction, and both luncheons; your name mentioned in the Conference brochure and on the OMA website; mention in the Conference packet; an opportunity to distribute a promotional item in the Conference packet; featured mention in the OMA Newsletter; two (2) complimentary Conference registrations; a complimentary vendor table in the exhibit hall; four (4) extra tickets to the Keynote address; two (2) Friday and Saturday Luncheon tickets.
• Conference Sponsor ($1,000): Half-page ad in Conference materials; acknowledgment in the Keynote Address introduction and both luncheons; your name mentioned on the OMA website; mention in the Conference packet; featured mention in the OMA Newsletter; one (1) complimentary Conference registration; two (2) extra tickets to the Keynote address; one (1) Friday and Saturday Luncheon ticket.
• Saturday Luncheon Sponsor ($500): Quarter-page ad in Conference materials; acknowledgment in the Keynote Address introduction and Saturday luncheon; your name mentioned on the OMA website and in the Conference packet; featured mention in the OMA Newsletter; two (2) extra tickets to the Keynote address OR two (2)  Saturday Luncheon tickets.
• Friday Luncheon Sponsor ($250): Your name highlighted in Conference materials; acknowledgment at the Friday luncheon; your name mentioned on the OMA website and in the Conference packet; featured mention in the OMA Newsletter; two (2) Friday Luncheon tickets.
• Friday Reception Sponsor ($250): Quarter-page ad in Conference materials; acknowledgment in the Keynote Address introduction and Saturday luncheon; your name mentioned on the OMA website; mention in the Conference packet; featured mention in the OMA Newsletter.

Vendors

OMA Conference Vendors get a spacious display table/booth in the exhibit area, which is open both days of the Conference.  There are several pricing tiers for Vendor tables:

• Non-Profit Organizations pay $200, and are listed as Reception Sponsors.
• For-Profit Organizations pay $300, and are listed as Friday Luncheon Sponsors.
• Platinum and Keynote Sponsors receive a complimentary vendor table.
